Cancellation Policy
You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Your appointment is considered a no-show after 15 minutes and no communication with your artist.
If you are a no show/running more than 15 mins late for makeup services, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the remaining balance.
